Cappuccino Topping

Cappuccino topping is a mixture of skimmed milk powder and lactose. Cappuccino toppings are designed to takeover where coffee whitener leaves off and to give a foamy head to cappuccino drinks. Our Le Royal toppings sourced from Barry Callebaut and gives a sweetness to the taste profile of the coffee and a lovely stable foam. Le Royal Cappuccino Topping is agglomerated to flow easily through your instant drink dispensing machine.

Available in 750g pack sizes or a case of 10 x 750g.
